David Riley and Nick Hardy will be keen to become the first pair to successfully defend the
Zurich Classic of New Orleans Open titles.
What to know about Riley and Hardy
Riley has won three professional tournaments including one PGA event which is the 2023 Zurich Classic of New Orleans with partner Hardy.
Hardy, on the other hand, has also won one PGA Tour event and he finished 14th in the 2022 US Open which remains his best performance in a major golf tournament.

Riley is placed 245th on the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) and has been out of action since he missed the cut at the 2024 Valero Texas Open.
Hardy took a short break after missing the cut at the 2024 Corales Puntacana Championship and he is occupying the 180th spot on the OWGR.
Why Riley and Hardy are among the favourites
Hardy and Riley won by two strokes in the 2023 Zurric Classic of New Orleans last year, becoming the first duo to shoot 30-under-par since the team format was launched in 2017.
Their score broke the 29-under-par record set the year before by 2022 champions Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay, and they will be keen to replicate the same form.

“They navigated through a crowded leaderboard on Sunday to claim the title with an outstanding 31 in alternate shot on their final nine holes."
